A 6 Days, 5 Nights Amboseli & Tsavo Safari offers a journey through two of Kenya’s most iconic national parks, Amboseli and Tsavo West. The safari typically includes game drives to spot wildlife, including the “Big Five,” and opportunities to experience the unique landscapes of each park. Amboseli is famous for its views of elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, while Tsavo West boasts diverse terrain, including Mzima Springs and the Shetani Lava Flows.
Day 1: Nairobi-Amboseli
Depart Nairobi at 7:30 Am in the morning for a road transfer to Ambosli National park.Breakfast stopover in Emali.Arrive at AA lodge Amboseli at noon.Lunch. Leave the lodge at 3:30 PM for evening game drive till 6:30 PM.Dinner and overnight Sopa lodge Amboseli
Day 2: Amboseli-Tsavo West
Early morning breakfast followed by morning game drive. An optional visit to Maasai village. Transfer to Tsavo west. Lunch at Kilaguni Serena safari lodge. Evening game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at Kilaguni Serena Safari lodge.
Day 3: Tsavo West-Taita hills
Morning game drive. Transfer to Taita hills conservancy. Lunch at Taita hills Lodge. Check into Saltlick Lodge. Evening game drive. Watch the wildlife throughout the night at the watering hole through your hotel room window or from the viewing terrace.
Day 4: Taita Saltlick – Tsavo East (or to Soroi Lions Bluff)
Early morning game drive.Breakfast.Transfer to Either Soroi Lions Bluff or Voi Safari lodge.Check in.Lunch. Evening game drive.Dinner and overnight stay at Voi Wildlife Lodge or Lions Bluff.
Day 5: Tsavo East
Transfer to Voi wildlife lodge(If you’d spent a night at the Lions Bluff) or Early morning breakfast in Tsavo East from Wildlife Lodge. Breakfast. Evening game drive at 3:30 PM. Encounter the red elephants of Tsavo
Day 6: Tsavo East-Nairobi
Early morning game drive. Breakfast. Transfer to Nairobi. End of safari
